What do the Visioneers do?
The Visioneers are building a global community of people working toward a future on Earth of sister nations, whose global citizens live in peace—as stewards of the Earth, humanity, and the living creatures and environments that sustain us.
We celebrate, promote and act in collaboration with individuals and “teams of the beloveds” working on the thousands of projects and possibilities through which these goals can be achieved.

A legacy devoted to human possibility.
Desmond Berghofer, Ph.D.
& Geraldine Schwartz, Ph.D.
The Visioneers International Network was founded by Desmond Berghofer Ph.D. and Geraldine Schwartz Ph.D. Both have had prestigious careers spanning decades working and leading a number of businesses and non-profit organizations focused on education, leadership development, and ethical leadership and the creative management of change.
Their work includes the International Foundation of Learning, the Institute for Ethical Leadership and the Vancouver Learning Centre, which has helped hundreds of young people achieve their full educational potential. The Visioneers International Network is their legacy and an answer to the challenges of our times.
